Martha did not have an easy childhood. She felt isolated and alone, being bullied at school and going through the trauma of being sexually molested at the age of six.
When she was ten, her family moved from Hong Kong to Australia. She married young, at the age of twenty-one, and stayed in an abusive marriage for nineteen years. In the eyes of the world, she was doing fantastic as an entrepreneur and award-winning artist, but on the inside, she was crying and broken, with no confidence of breaking these patterns due to the abuse.
It was not an easy road, but Martha had the courage to leave the abusive behind and start her new life with confidence and living her dreams out loud now. Her mission as a Super confidence coach is to not only tell women they don’t have to live in silence, but to show them the way. She believes that no women should suffer in silence, as she did for so many years.
Her advice to women living in silence is to reach out for support. “You don’t need courage to speak up every single time, you only need a little bit of bravery to reach out for support. People care, I care”
Her heart is to teach women to be confident and it starts with their mindset in the situation they find themselves in. She mentor’s coaches to stop feeling overwhelmed and support them with building their new businesses as well as mentor women in life, their self worth, relationships and business.
